  10. Limitation on Guidance Given to Client: Client understands and agrees that Coach is not licensed or trained as a doctor, therapist, psychologist or any other similar professional. Coaches are board certified Nurse Coaches.

    Coaching is never intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read, heard or experienced during a coaching program.

    The information and processes taught by The Successful Nurse Coaches, Inc. and shared on our website are real and work. However, The Successful Nurse Coaches, Inc. cannot, in any good conscience guarantee any outcome of financial gain from any programs, events, services, or information provided on our websites. We can teach you everything we know, but we can’t implement it for you. As it is in life, how far you go is up to you and your ability to implement what we teach you. It’s stipulated by law and our good intentions for you that we let you know this. The Successful Nurse Coaches, Inc. provides the most cutting-edge training on the market and it’s up to you to make it happen.

  11. Limitation of Liability. The Successful Nurse Coaches, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, content providers, employees, agents, independent contractors, consultants, officers, and directors will not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, loss of data, pain and suffering, emotional distress, or similar damages, even if The Successful Nurse Coaches, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages, such damages were reasonably foreseeable or The Successful Nurse Coaches, Inc. was grossly negligent.   14. Governing Law; Venue; Actions. If there is any dispute about or involving the website or the Terms of Use, you agree that any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal and exclusive jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the Williamson County, Texas. Nothing contained in this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint venturer, employee or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such.
