The Nurse Coach
Residency™ 

The Residency is designed for certified nurse coaches who are ready to start or grow a coaching business. It is built for nurses who already have a coaching foundation and are ready to move into real-world application — whether your goal is part-time practice or a multiple six-figure coaching career.

Each Trimester takes 4–6 months. If you move faster through the activations and complete your coaching hours, you can graduate a Trimester early. Full-time working nurses have the flexibility to take the full six months per Trimester without penalty — 12–18 months total for the full Residency.

Trimesters I and II require 8–12 hours per week. Trimester III moves to 10–20 hours per week as you're scaling. This includes live calls, outreach, client sessions, and implementation work. The program is specifically built to accommodate working nurses.

We've mentored 800+ nurse coaches and helped 35+ past the $10K/month goal. Trimester I outcome is your first 1–5 paying clients. Trimester II outcome is your first $10K earned. Trimester III outcome is a scalable business and capstone project. Results vary directly with your participation, consistency, and willingness to take action.

Yes. You can enroll in a single Trimester if you want to focus on a specific stage of growth or need flexibility with time and investment. Most students serious about building a business choose the full track for continuity, accountability, and long-term results — and the Full Residency pricing reflects a meaningful savings over individual Trimesters.

Yes. If your goal is to build a nurse coaching program within a healthcare organization, your Trimester III capstone can be fully tailored to that vision. We still recommend completing Trimesters I and II to build 150+ cumulative coaching hours and real client experience — every active organizational contract we know of started with a part-time private practice first.

This is not more education. The Residency is built on execution — activation-based milestones, real coaching hours, supervised feedback, and pod-based accountability. You don't graduate by finishing modules; you graduate by hitting real business benchmarks.

PC#1 is your first coaching conversation — where you apply core techniques and presence. PC#2 is coaching your potential client through to a clear decision: a path forward and a yes or no, not a "maybe." Our method of teaching sales as advocacy is what we're known for — and it's the single most important skill for a profitable practice.
