A 3-trimester residency model
From foundation to scale.
Each Trimester takes 4–6 months. Move faster and graduate early, or take a balanced pace while working full-time. 200 total CEUs across 12–18 months of structured implementation.
Trimester I
Build your foundation
Outcome: First 1–5 paying clients. Business set-up, your visibility "Coming Out" post, 80 intentional invitations, mastering Powerful Conversations #1 & #2, and your first paid enrollments.
Trimester II
Build momentum
Outcome: First $10K earned. Weekly visibility cadence, repeatable invitation system, core offer + niche clarity, sales training, client success tracker.
Trimester III
Scale & lead
Outcome: Scalable business + capstone. Website completed, lead freebie, advanced marketing systems, individualized community project, capstone completion.

A structured, supported experience.
Just like clinical residency, you'll have curriculum, rotations, and mentorship that guide your growth every step of the way.
Live trimester-specific coaching calls
Integration calls mapped to the exact stage you're in — so every session moves you forward on the activations that matter right now.
Pod-based support (10 or less)
You'll be placed in a small pod of no more than 10 coaches starting the same month, led by a dedicated Residency Coach who knows your journey.
Multiple monthly coaching labs
Client Creation Labs, Sales Labs, and Mindset Labs — choose the support you need, when you need it. Real feedback on real situations.
Supervised coaching hours
Minimum 32 supervised hours in Trimester I (150+ cumulative by graduation) with comprehensive skill evaluations on Powerful Conversations #1 and #2.
Proposal & call reviews
Submit transcripts for structured feedback using AI-supported tools and human mentorship. Learn to assess and elevate your own coaching.
Weekly progress benchmarks
Required progress forms and activation milestones. All benchmarks must be met to advance — because structure is what turns students into professionals.

Who is the Nurse Coach Residency for?
The Residency is designed for certified nurse coaches who are ready to start or grow a coaching business. It is built for nurses who already have a coaching foundation and are ready to move into real-world application — whether your goal is part-time practice or a multiple six-figure coaching career.
How long does the program take?
Each Trimester takes 4–6 months. If you move faster through the activations and complete your coaching hours, you can graduate a Trimester early. Full-time working nurses have the flexibility to take the full six months per Trimester without penalty — 12–18 months total for the full Residency.
How much time per week do I need?
Trimesters I and II require 8–12 hours per week. Trimester III moves to 10–20 hours per week as you're scaling. This includes live calls, outreach, client sessions, and implementation work. The program is specifically built to accommodate working nurses.
What kind of results can I expect?
We've mentored 800+ nurse coaches and helped 35+ past the $10K/month goal. Trimester I outcome is your first 1–5 paying clients. Trimester II outcome is your first $10K earned. Trimester III outcome is a scalable business and capstone project. Results vary directly with your participation, consistency, and willingness to take action.
Can I enroll one Trimester at a time?
Yes. You can enroll in a single Trimester if you want to focus on a specific stage of growth or need flexibility with time and investment. Most students serious about building a business choose the full track for continuity, accountability, and long-term results — and the Full Residency pricing reflects a meaningful savings over individual Trimesters.
Is this built for organizational coaching programs?
Yes. If your goal is to build a nurse coaching program within a healthcare organization, your Trimester III capstone can be fully tailored to that vision. We still recommend completing Trimesters I and II to build 150+ cumulative coaching hours and real client experience — every active organizational contract we know of started with a part-time private practice first.
Is this just more education?
This is not more education. The Residency is built on execution — activation-based milestones, real coaching hours, supervised feedback, and pod-based accountability. You don't graduate by finishing modules; you graduate by hitting real business benchmarks.
What is the "Powerful Conversation" method?
PC#1 is your first coaching conversation — where you apply core techniques and presence. PC#2 is coaching your potential client through to a clear decision: a path forward and a yes or no, not a "maybe." Our method of teaching sales as advocacy is what we're known for — and it's the single most important skill for a profitable practice.
