Shelby Kurz, former travel and ER nurse, found her true calling in Nurse Coaching after feeling the strains of burnout in the healthcare system. In 2018, she embarked on her journey as a Nurse Coach and quickly established her own thriving practice. Together with Laura Minard, Shelby co-founded The Successful Nurse Coaches Inc. in late 2019 to support fellow nurses in building successful coaching businesses.
