You may have noticed that GMAIL has broken up into different "tabs": PRIMARY, PROMOTIONS, AND SOCIAL. If you are missing some or all of the emails we have been sending you, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Promotions tab, if you see an NLCA email in there, drag it to the Primary Tab

2. A yellow box will appear asking if you would like to do this with future messages, click "YES

3. The same steps can be applied if the email appears in the socials tab

If you still can't see our emails:

1. Go to spam/junk folder

2. If you see our emails in there, click the box to the left of the most recent one

3. Click on the "not spam" button
